Shannon DeGroff is an Administrative Assistant for the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego, where she provides support for the entrepreneurship, employee ownership, marketing and accounting staff.

Shannon is a recent graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she received a B.S. in general biology and also held administrative student positions in several university departments. She currently volunteers at various San Diego area healthcare organizations and plans to pursue a career in medicine.
