Mr. Winslow joined Benefit Capital in 1988 and was promoted to his present position as President in 1989. He was formerly Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of New York's Chemical Bank, then the nation's third largest bank, with assets of more than $135 billion. In 1984, he established and headed Chemical's ESOP Financing Unit and jointly developed an asset distribution network for Chemical, permitting the Bank to place almost $160 million of ESOP loans into the secondary market. Over the course of his career as an ESOP professional he has completed more than $600 million in ESOP financings.
