Peggy Walkush is a Senior Consultant with the Beyster Institute, where she specializes in the areas of equity compensation design, strategic communications and culture change. Previously, Peggy was Vice President and Director of Employee Owner Relations for SAIC, where she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to educate SAIC's 40,000 employee-owners on the company's employee ownership programs, financial performance, valuation methodology, internal market and corporate culture. Peggy has consulted with many small to mid size companies on a variety of employee ownership issues. Peggy has 15 years of experience in the employee ownership field, is a past board member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, and a frequent author and speaker on employee ownership topics.
