Hilde Stephan is the Special Events Coordinator for the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. She is responsible for managing the Institute’s employee ownership conferences, seminars and workshops, which aim to foster and promote employee ownership through learning and professional exchanges.

Hilde has over seven years of event management experience in private universities and corporate entities. Prior to joining the Beyster Institute, she organized international and diplomatic events as an intern at the Philippine Consulate General and the Los Angeles Cultural Office. A native of Manila, Philipines, Hilde was raised in Los Angeles and has also lived in France and Germany.

Hilde received her B.A. in history from the University of Southern California and is currently enrolled in the University of San Diego’s event management program. She is proficient in German, French and Tagalog.
