Dr. Sanford B. Ehrlich
QUALCOMM Executive Director of Entrepreneurship,
San Diego State University Entrepreneurial Management Center [EMC]

Dr. Ehrlich is the QUALCOMM Executive Director of Entrepreneurship for the Entrepreneurial Management Center at San Diego State University, a privately-funded center associated with the College of Business Administration, where he is also an Associate Professor of Management. His teaching, research, and consulting is focused on entrepreneur-investor relations, leadership and organization design of rapidly growing technology companies, and business plan development. He is currently a Director of Amistar (AMTA) Corporation, Deep Sky Software, and formerly served on the board of The Healthy Back Store, Inc.  He also serves on the board of advisors for SensCom and Accenx Technologies. In addition to his involvement with entrepreneurial companies, he also serves on the Board of Advisors to organizations that promote entrepreneurial development such as the San Diego MIT Enterprise Forum, San Diego Telecom Council, and Los Alamos National Laboratory's Technology Commercialization Office. For his work in entrepreneurship, he received the 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2001 Edwin M. and Gloria W. Appel Award from the Price-Babson Foundation.
