Mr. Bertoch serves as President, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Wayne Brown Institute, the oldest and most successful non-profit venture accelerator in the country.  A nationally recognized educational/economic development organization, it is dedicated to improving the human condition through entrepreneurship. The Institute's alumni companies have raised over $1.1 billion in private equity; have had numerous IPOs and hundreds of successful acquisitions.  Mr. Bertoch is a recognized expert in equity-backed business development, capital formation, technology commercialization and entrepreneurship.  He has an Honors BA degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
