The 2008 Employee Ownership Conference was designed to provide learning and networking opportunities while offering the flexibility of choosing from sessions with a wide range of subjects and complexity. Now in its third year, the Innovations Award was open to any company where at least 20 percent of the stock is held either directly or indirectly by employees below the executive level. On Thursday morning, the winners of the Innovation Awards were announced. The Innovations Award is sponsored by TEOCO of Fairfax, Virginia.
