Based on our years of experience developing and conducting business training for entrepreneurs, we know that continuous learning is central to their success. However, their learning styles don't always mesh with conventional training. Entrepreneurs, especially growth entrepreneurs, are independent, self-directed learners, with immediate learning needs, who like to learn by example and through interaction with other entrepreneurs. The Beyster Institute has taken these characteristics and woven them into a multi-faceted, versatile training method that has proven effective for entrepreneurial learning.
We offer two types of training programs for entrepreneurs: pre-packaged and custom. Both focus on the learning needs of entrepreneurs which fall into 3 major categories: 1) Business Knowledge - focusing on marketing, raising capital, business planning, financial analysis and corporate governance; 2) Skill Development - motivating others, negotiating, conflict resolution, selling, listening and presentation skills; and 3) Personal Development -leadership skills, delegating, time management, decision making, and understanding personal strengths and weaknesses.
Our pre-packaged entrepreneurship training programs utilize the nationally-acclaimed FastTrac® courses developed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Through our licensing agreement with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, we are able to translate these materials into any language and adapt them to specific cultural and business environments.
Our custom programs use our proprietary Advanced Business Training Methodology ™ specifically developed for training growth entrepreneurs. Through a modular approach, we are able to develop and deliver courses to cover the specific topics needed. We currently have 9 modules developed and translated into Russian, French and Arabic.
